My Package is Missing. What do I do?
If your tracking information shows 'Delivered' and you haven't received it, please first try these steps:
- Track the package and check the details of where exactly it was left. Often the tracking will say 'Garage' or 'Locker'.
- Check with the doorman, the front office, neighbors, etc. I know that sounds like a lot of work, but more often than not, it's the case.
- Try and catch your mailman or UPS/Fedex guy - they would have delivered it, so they're the best person to ask.
- Look up any security footage or Ring doorbell footage.
Still not found? Ok, it's time to get feisty with the couriers. We will absolutely help you file a claim, but the terms and conditions of every courier service are that once it shows delivered, they will not claim fault. We'll still do it just to make some noise. Along with the insurance claim, we'll also contact the local annex where it would have been processed. It's a pain to get anyone on the phone, but we are notoriously persistent in getting through to someone that can get in touch with the person that claims they delivered it. This process can take over a week. Sometimes more, but often by making the noise, the package will show up.
