Uneven or Random Sprays

Uneven or Random Sprays

This is typically due to some build-up on the silver face plate. It often can be resolved quickly and easily by rubbing your finger over the hole in the silver plate causing the random spray. If that does not resolve the issue, please follow the steps below.

Step 1

Follow the Silver Plate Maintenance and Filter Maintenance. Make sure to wipe clean and dry after maintenance before testing.

Step 2

If that does not resolve the issue, install the heavy-duty filter located inside your ECOHEADS box. This filter has a finer mesh to stop sediment from coming in and clogging your silver plate.

This can happen more frequently if your salon has particularly hard water, so regular maintenance at the basin will be essential.
